The Secret Hill

Chinnor Hill

For those of you experience pilots in the club who haven't tried Chinnor before make this a goal for 2008. With 2.5 miles of ridge to  share with Red Kites, amazing views of the Chilterns and lots of  interesting XC tasks to set.The only down side is the restricted air  space down wind, but a 7 mile hop to High Wycombe can be very  enjoyable. Working the ridges down to Henley has been an unfulfilled  ambition of mine but I sure it's achievable, maybe by a better pilots  than me. Are you tempted?

Check out my first flight of the year  here:-   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izBVsFIYOXE

Next North Westerly give it a go. More info here: http://dunstablehpc.co.uk/content/view/19/25/
